Frigotek is able to follow all aspects of the refrigeration system assistance with its own technicians.

Remote technical support

Our office and our technician are available from remote to give technical support and operating instruction to all our customers.

This first contact often allows to solve small issues without dispatching our staff or to better evaluate the urgency of the maintenance intervention.

On-call maintenance

These are those maintenance operations carried out directly on the refrigeration systems upon specific customer call for both urgent repairs and normal routine maintenance.

The availability, the means and the competence of our technicians guarantees rapid response times required for the food and process industry.

Scheduled maintenance contract

With a contract for scheduled maintenance, Frigotek staff will carry out all the ordinary maintenance operations that the refrigeration system requires during the year, while at the same time carrying out monitoring to prevent system breakdowns and to schedule extraordinary maintenance.

In addition, all contracted customers take precedence over emergency calls.
